Cloud settings and VPS tools
Extras' prices, HF Panel licences, where VPS backups go, the rescue image, reverse DNS and each VPS's tools.
The Cloud settings button on the VPS list holds what all VPSs share. Each VPS's own tools (backups, snapshots, resize, reinstall, rescue, firewall, usage, reverse DNS) are the same ones its customer sees.

For OVH, create the keys on the provider's API site for the account that holds the hosts' IP addresses, with the
rights GET, POST and DELETE on /ip/*. The secret and consumer key are stored encrypted; leave them empty to
keep the saved ones. Without a provider, customers don't see the reverse DNS tab.
Plan limits
Each plan in VPS plans also sets:

Over-allowance charges, backups switched on later and resizes are billed through the panel's own billing: on the VPS's Stripe subscription (an invoice item, or the subscription moved to the new plan's price — Stripe prorates), else as an invoice emailed to the customer. A VPS paid through PayPal keeps its order's backups and can't be resized by its customer.
One VPS's tools
On the VPS list, a VPS's Manage menu has Backups and tools: the VPS's page with the same tabs as the customer's Backups, snapshots and more. An administrator may also back up a VPS without the backups extra.
Note: the firewall and anti-spoofing filters are libvirt network filters on the host, one per VPS (
hf-cloud-vps-<n>); a changed filter applies at once.
