My VPS
Your virtual servers: state, addresses, use, power, the console, a new root password, HF Panel and billing.
My VPS lists your virtual servers (VPSs) and opens each one in detail. A VPS is a server of your own with root access and its own IP address.
Where: HF Cloud: open cld.<domain> (https://cld.yourdomain.com) and sign in with your Control Panel login (Control Panel ›
Cloud › HF Cloud opens it)
The list
Each VPS shows its host name, image, plan, IPv4 address, location and state (Running, Stopped, Creating, Suspended …). Click Open (or double-click the row, or press Enter on it) to see one VPS. The ☰ button or a right-click on the row opens its actions: Console, Open HF Panel, Start, Restart, Shut down and Power off. Use ↑ and ↓ to move between rows and type the first letters of a name to jump to it.
The Order a VPS card at the top opens the order page.
One VPS
- Console: the VPS's screen in your browser, also when the network inside it is broken. Ctrl+Alt+Del and Send text (types text into the VPS) are on its bar.
- Power: Start, Restart, Shut down (asks the system to stop) and Power off (stops it at once, like pulling the plug — asks first).
- Details: IPv4 and IPv6 addresses, reverse DNS, the image and when it was made.
- CPU, Disk and Traffic: the last reading (every 5 minutes) and this month's traffic against the plan's allowance.
- Root password: New root password makes a new random password and shows it once. The VPS must be running; the old password stops working.
- Backups, Snapshots, Resize, Reinstall, Rescue, Firewall, Usage and Reverse DNS: the tabs under the details — see Backups, snapshots and more.
- Recent tasks: the last 20 things done to the VPS and how they ended.
While a task runs, the page updates by itself.
Note: a suspended VPS can't be started, and its console is closed. Pay any open invoice under Billing, or contact support.
HF Panel on your VPS
A VPS made from Ubuntu 24.04 + HF Panel installs HF Panel on its first start, with a licence that comes with the
VPS. The HF Panel on this VPS card links to it: Open HF Panel opens https://<host name>:8443.
The first start takes about 15 minutes; the sign-in details come by email from your new panel.
Billing and cancelling
A VPS you ordered shows its monthly price and extras under Billing, with its Invoices. Cancel VPS stops the subscription: the VPS keeps running until the end of the month you paid for, then it and its disk are deleted. Until then, Keep this VPS takes the cancellation back (card payments).
If a payment fails, the VPS keeps running while the payment is tried again. When it stays unpaid for the number of days your host set, the VPS is stopped (suspended) until it is paid, and it starts again by itself once it is.
